This is a folder that can only be accessed by your chosen username and password We can only access your vault for data collapsing, we can not see individual files unless you choose to disclose your password to vCloud Our server room has a combination lock at the front and rear entrances. This room can only be accessed by a system administrator Access to the server is logged by a staff member The server room is cooled by an 8kw split system air conditioner running 24/7 with an ambient temperature of 22 -24 degrees The building has security gates, a 24/7 alarm system, video monitoring and after hours security patrol As you can see, at vCloud we go the extra mile to ensure the security of your data.
